Refunds and Returns

a) Change of mind
If you change your mind about your purchase, please make sure you return it in its original and sellable condition, and we will exchange or refund it for you.

When we mention original and sellable condition, we expect this to mean:
1. Original packaging
2. Undamaged (excludes normal examination of the product as you might have done in store)

The return request should  be reported within 2 days of receiving the order. Delivery back to us should then be done within 2 days after our approval for return. 

Terms and Conditions
You will be liable for returns costs.

Once returned we will refund back to item cost. This includes items purchased in and vape deal or clearance sale.

If the returned product is not in the condition in which it was posted, then we reserve the right to refuse the return after assessing the items for damages.

You will be responsible for any damages caused to the items in return transit by inappropriate packaging.

Therefore, it is advisable to insure the item on its return back to us, and this will be at your cost. 

b) Faulty and Damaged Items
In the event of receiving a faulty item, you must notify us within 3 days of the goods being received. If you inform us of the faults after the 3-day period, then we are unable to accept returns.
If you receive items that were damaged in transit, please get in contact with us within 3 days. We will advise you of the next steps. The goods may be eligible for replacement or refund.

Terms and Conditions
Prior to contacting us regarding a faulty or damaged product, please obtain and send as much information, including pictures where applicable. This will help us to get the situation resolved as quickly as possible.
Once we have made sure the item was faulty we will then send over the details on how to return the item.

The below items are excluded from our goodwill returns policy unless faulty or not as described

• Opened bottles of liquid
• Opened Vape Kits
• Personalised products
